My shocks are fine, I've taken a look a them.

I've narrowed down the possible possibilities.

It is my Tie-Rod for my loose steering, but one problem is that I do not know how to tighten the tie-rod if it is loose, if anyone knows can someone tell me how to do it? Thanks

Uneven brake pad wear, and possibly my Master Cylinder for my braking problem.

The car bouncing around side-to-side, I'm thinking it might be the tires now, but i'll have to wait till those are worn down, because i'm broke....=(
