huh???? It's just a Timing Belt, I never heard of people TAKING the engine out just for replace the belt, it's a pain in the neck anyways. A regular Tune up including Replace the belts will be some where from 300 - 500.
but if your Timming Belt BROKE when's driving, you're screwed. A customer in my shop broke the bets, snap off the Fan, water hoses, rad hoses, etc. It's a heck of a job $900+
