Seriously tho....you can drill it out and put one of those sleeve things in so you can put a new bolt in. I forget what they are called. Do you know if the bolt was #5 case hardened? If so you may need a titanium bit for that. If it was then it would have 3 little dashes forming a Y with spaces in between them on the head that you broke off. My auto tech teach told me about this but i forget what the thing is that you put in the hole once you have destroyed all the threads getting the shank out. Good luck.
