But then i noticed the power loss. I couldn't spin the tires in the automatic as much just by mashing on the gas. But the tranny still pulls hard. I love my car. It's good to me, and i'm good to her. If you keep up with tune ups, then she'll be good to go. I hope you didn't get a lemon'ed accord. Oh, i have 149,969 miles.
Cokinut---

Believe me, there is NO ONE who was a bigger wash/detail freak than me for the longest time---this car was in SHOW CAR condition when I first got her and maintained her at my original house I was living in with my parents, working ALL DAY LONG on a Saturday on her---she is San Marino Red, and she looked STUNNING was I was done detailing; but since that time, I have moved to my own apartment because my parents moved across the country to just outside Las Vegas (I still reside in New York), where I do not have a garage anymore (nothing I can do about that), so the paint condition is beginning to show---swirl marks and fading galore....but I STILL try and keep her appearance and finish up---and you are right, she does feel much more special and "new" when she's all shined and glossed up---theres definitely a pride about that; but, she is dirty in spurts just because here in the Northeast, there is NO WAY to keep a vehicle detailed up seven days a week; I work a regular job and it rains or does something else every other day, so how can I keep this car showroom condition? I drive it every single day, and have no more garage for it...because of this, she feels sloppy and old---I cant quite put it into words, but that "used" feeling is creeping into the sheetmetal, and it bothers me....

PS What year is your Accord?
