Default Welding Radiator Support

I have all the parts I need to fix my Accord wagon front end. I am pretty sure i can do most of it myself (Fenders, bumper beam, bracket, lower valence, grille, headlights, etc.). The only thing I am not too sure about is welding the radiator support on. This is where it gets difficult. First, getting the old one off, then welding the new one on... Anyone ever attempted to do this yourself? Most likely I'm going to just have my friend who used to work at a body shop help me with it, but I just want some opinions on how hard it is to do, and how long it would take a pro to do it. Once I'm done with this I'll hopefully be drivin' her again! (Haven't really done it since the accident in November!)
