14.8 is good to average on a I/H/E GSR, i ran a 9.63 in the 1/8 and I looked up several other GSR times with a 9.6's and only one of them was a 14.9 and he was like 9.68 1/8 mile time, the others were like mid 14.8's. Hope that makes sense!!
