Don't bother to report to them, same thing just happened to me today on the road. Eventhough the rate doesn't go up, but the report still there, and they do take that into consideration when they decide whether to kick you out due to many tickets and accidents, INCLUDING NOT AT FAULT. May sound weird, but It happened to me.
