rich - lift HEAVY man. Try eecentric lifting with a partner.
ie: for curls:
warm up set
5 rep set -heavy
2 max rep set andhave a friend help you lift it. concentrate on the slow release and down movement. Form is really important here.
them move to 1 rep max and have a friend lift up and you release.
In two weeks you'll notice the difference. Trust me.
I can curl the 75 lb dumbells once on each arm now.
