I'd cut back on the cardio or just use the cardio on you non lifting days.
It really takes a lot out of your lifting workout to incorporate cardio in it.
On days when I do both cardio and lifting, I notice I'm not nearly as strong as days when I just strictly lift. If you have to do some cardio daily, do it AFTER the workout.
Make sure to up your protein intake especially after the workout.
I weigh 190 and I take 160 grams after every workout and 40 every morning. Its helped me keep my size.
