You might want to try protein man. You're benching quite a bit of weight but are not getting bigger. There's this guy at the gym I go to that is real skinny but he warms up with 175 lbs on the bench and hits 225 easily. I'm bigger than he is and cant even touch that. I've been lifting more and getting a little bigger. I notice with protein I have been gaining mass and I seem to be firmer if that sounds right:eh:
