hmm...the weird thing is that i keep increasing the weights, but all i get is more definition (and veins popping out of my arms/chest). i'm up to 265lbs on the bench press, 185lbs shoulder press, and can curl 145lbs on the preacher bench. not sure how much more my frame can handle (currently weigh 160lbs)

i'm not your typical small asian guy though, im just greedy and wanna get S W O L :exnbp:
