...supposedly if the coils are all the way to the top, then its stock height, you lower according from there. Although, for the rear (I have a sedan) I noticed that I had to drop it almost 2" to get it right. I just did a rough guess ~1". The springs will settle in and lower another ~.2 or .3" inches.
