You could try for a loan if you have good credit. FYI- you can find a high-mile Teg LS or GSR for around 4-5k. Do not let high miles scare you away- look for quality, good condition, etc..remember, our cars can handle very high miles!

Oh and btw with about 3k I think you can get yourself a very nice G2 GS-R..and those are pretty damn quick!
