96-98 tails if the amber in the headlights is there, 99-00 tails if there is no amber :doh:

but continuity is important with lights. Otherwise, it looks odd/unbalanced, IMO.

like on my car, I have no amber reflector strip in the front, and red/clears in back. Its even and it flows. amber in the front or back would look out of place to someone artisticlly inclined
