TIA
The kit came with an Allen Wrench on mine. Not sure about the size (3/4?).
You have to jack up the side of the car you want to adjust. The GC's use one locking perch. Use the allen wrench to loosen the perch, and rotate the perch up or down (it should say which direction raises or lowers). It make take a few tries to find the perfect height.
Note that as GC's become more used, the perches tend to get jammed, so you'll need to marinate them in something like WD-40 for a bit before adjusting. I found a few perches took quite a bit of force to loosen, but rotating the perch up and down is usually pretty smooth. You may want to wrap the sleeves in teflon tape to prevent dirt from clogging up the grooves.
One big disadvantage for us Integra owners is that we have to remove the rear wheels to adjust the rear. Of course, if you're a kung-fu master like me and also happen to have large wheels, you can thread your arm between the spokes of the wheel to adjust the rears without actually having to remove the wheel.
