As for the intake, K&N probably won't have a part number, but ask them to bring some cone filters up or look in the catalog and find one that's roughly the same. As for the filter just riding loose, that won't hurt anything. There's nothing in a Honda's intake track that really needs to be held down. I'd probably recommend you looking something like AEM CAI rather than just replace the filter. Seeya.
