Yup, pretty much any tire shop will be able to do it. Otherwise if you have a buddy with an impact wrench, you can do it yourself.
an impact wrench wont do any good...
the old lugs are really gay..and use a key for all..like a lug lock...all it will do is strip the lug..
and someone asked if they are crossed threaded...no they arent..i can easily get them out with a socket but that is a bitch and waste of money...
