what about swapping b20a cams into a b18a. I already have 98'ls cams in it. Ive measured and they are bigger with a more aggressive downside ramp which is cleary visible just by looking at them. Runout, endplay, and journals are all the same numbers also. I wondered about valve bind with stock springs? It doesnt seem to be that much bigger to me......any thoughts on this swap?

Anybody know if this will work or not and why?
