just for grins, I took out the integra injectors and put the stock civic injectors back in..

and it worked. really weird but it pulls all the way to the redline now, no problems.

once I get to full boost the tach just normally moves up the numbers, but the speedo is moving faster than the tach. plus you hear the turbo spinning... its great
