Usually they just tighten the shit out of it with air tools, not down to spec with a torque wrench. That's supposedly one of the reasons that Hondas tend to get warped brake rotors; they hubs only like it when you use a torque wrench and get the lugs down to 80 lb/ft.

Take it back, say you want the lugnuts torqued down properly so you can get them off with hand tools when necessary.
