when i had my tires changed...and put back on...they used a torch wrench air tool...that shit must of been on atleast 100 ft/lbs or torque...b/c im braking tools left and right...and to get them off im using a 13/16 socket and hammering OVER the existing lug...

well..i only have one 13/16 left and im sick of it scratchign up the inside of the rim where the lug goes...

anyhow..blah blah blah...

what place cuts off lugs and how much do they charge..i have 6 left to get off...without scratching up my rims..if they do will they pay?
