try turning the key on, press either the lock or unlock button on the remote (either one doesn't matter) turn key off turn the key back on and repeat this 3 more time. the forth key on and button press all the door lock should cycle, after they cycle press the lock or unlock button once on each remote, turn off ignition and they should be programed.
