I'd expect $25K-$26K from what you describe. They start at around $19,000, but that get's you the rental fleet Regular Cab 2.7 liter 4-cylinder variant.
You're almost better off just getting new and be done with it. They hold their value so well it's not worth finding one with 30,000 miles on it and only paying $2,000-$3,000 less.
If you get the Double Cab, you might want to get a bed extender for the hell of it. They come in handy.
