So he came out with some sort of lubrication type stuff, and put it all around the black seal, and then wiped it off, and no more squeeks/rattles/ect. Worked great, and free.
In my case, they actually shimmed and installed sound deadening as per a TSB. So, I'm guessing that something is a little weird in the mounts or there's too much play. Not only was there a squeaky noise, but it was actually rattling. So something was going on there and I don't think lubrication was the issue (although I have heard others on this board say that there was some lubricant applied to their sunroofs when they complained).
