either the alternator belt or when was your timing belt changed? If it was changed recently, and isnt fully broken in yet, if you let the car sit for a length of time it may do that..... but sounds more like its one of the exterior accessory belts, if your power steering or alternator belt are too loose it will do that, check the tension on them..... thats my first guess is that its one of those belts....
