You can run 8 to 9 psi just fine on stock internals with proper fuel management, but I wouldn't stay too long in boost during driving (for example, full throttle in top gear).

Just judging from the number of high 14-second turbo auto tegs running around, I personally wouldn't modify an automatic Integra, but good luck with your project.
