Get a cam shaft from a d16a6 (CRX/civic si from 88-91) and it ups the power a bit. Then slap on a z6 intake manifold, port match the head, maybe sjave the head for some better compression, and you might be getting into the 130hp range... Depending on how extreme you get with porting, and some other parts, you can get some good power out of it. But it still would be more worth your time to slap a d16z6 into it, just to get something with more after market support, and hell, a z6 is cheap!
But he's not supposed to install an engine that's older than the stock one.
