Go a local autoparts store and ask them or get STP Throttle body cleaner. And the precedures is remove your intake piping or air duct to gain access to the throttle body. open the throttle plate by pushing or pulling on were the throttle cable is attach. spray the throttle body cleaner inside on the carbon build up. Then that a towel and wipe it or you can use a brush to brush the carbon loose. Make sure you clean all around. even the back side of the throttle plate. It be a lot easier if someone step on the gas pedal or get a big screwdriver to make the throttle acclerator stay open. then when you finish cleaning start the car up without putting the intake back in. rev the car and spray some more throttle body cleaner in it. This will allow all the carbon build up to exit through the tailpipe and won't harm the engine one bit. onces the smoke goes away. turn off the engine and reinstall the intake piping. This will help the throttle plate from sticking. And will be ride better from not sticking.
