I read all the old posts regarding 6x9 installs in the factory location(VTEC), everyone said to get a 10" or 12" in a box, because you will never get the thump you want out of a 6x9. Let me clarify thump, I mean enough to really feel it at speeds over 30MPH, which the stocker will not do. Well I defied popular opinion, and I must say that I'm VERY impressed, it sounds GREAT. I know that a 10 or 12 will still thump louder but this setup aint no slouch by any means. The speaker is a 400W(200W RMS) woofer and I have a cheap a$$ 250W(bridged) Jensen amp, I got from ebay for $25 shipped, pushing it. Well like it or not here are the pics.
