If there is a leakage it will only get worse. I went through the same thing, you can continue to top up the fluid but the leak will get worse. You should have your clutch master cylinder replaced and you will likely need your slave done as well. You can dirve with it leaking as is for a little while (assuming you keep the fluid topped up) but I wouldn't expect to drive that way forever maybe a month or two.
