Do 13" DOT race tires even exist? Tirerack doesn't have them. It's hard to fathom a 175mm wide 70 series race tire but I guess there's got to be something...and it'd be cool if they did for some people. 
Yeah they do my friend has them on his 13x9" Panasports on his CRX. Hoosier and Kumho makes 13" DOT R tires.
