i just got that bar tonight.... its SmartBarXP.... really cool. Many different options, you can add all kinds of stuff to the bar, media player, analog clock, etc.... so i cleared my whole desktop, and put everything i need on that bar....

Keep in mind, its currently in beta.. so not sure on bugs etc... and also note that its from the UK so a few things are weird...
