Actually, I made some very good looking grilles for my Accord out of a mesh screen door guard from home depot. I guess it id designed to bolt onto a screen door so your dog or whatever doesn't tear it up. It is very strong, and has diamond-shaped holes. It is somewhat easy to cut and shape, but it isn't weak and bendable like the trash you find on eBay. I strongly recommend trying it out at least. If it doesn't work out for you, the most you are gonna waste is like $15 at home depot. I'll take a pic of my grille to show you if you want. My car is looking kind of shitty right now, but at least the grilles look :thumbup:
