There's a bleeder valve on your engine where the hose goes from the top of your radiator to your motor - that's where the bleeder is. You can open that up or, just open your radiator cap when your motor is cold and run your motor. You'll see bubbles come up after a while.

As for the vacuum hoses - just run your motor and listen for a hissing sound in your engine bay. The lines are usually located on the driver's side, near your intake manifold. Look at your FPR.
