my dad had a franchise to a pool service business back in 1991.... turns out company was doing some fradulant crap, etc... scammed some people, and my parents lost about $60k.... my parents then got a divorce.... filled for bankruptcy.. none of which was my parents fault....

now today, as of April 2003.... things are better than ever for the both of them.
