get a lawyer, and then tell him everything that happened. a lot of people are acting like cops are gods or something and they don't make mistakes or f*ck up sometimes. try your best to get the situation resolved. the layer will cost money but it might be worth it. if you can catch the cop on some lies your are more likely to get off
