i've been lifting for four+ years.. there is no vitamins that maintains muscle mass.
i suggest you just take a strong multivitman,
and you may be thinking of L-glutamine, which is an amino acid which helps with catabolic muscle loss.
why can't you lift for couple days? i suggest you do some excercise to keep you in shape
