h22 pistons will NOT work in a h23. they will hit the head. its not the dome that hits but the quench areas. the h22 has a lower piston pin than the h23 so if you put a h22 piston in a h23 the piston will come OUT of the block and smash the head. trust me, i found out the hard way

you cant bore a f22 out to 87mm w/o sleeving it. 2mm overbore is ALOT

if you want some factory pistons in your f22 try to get ahold of some f20b pistons, they will work and are much higher compression
