It definitely dosn't have the top end the WRX does. However, turbo lag is non-existant because it's all motor. It's waaay faster than my civic and has all the power I need for real world driving. The interior's look identical...save the Momo steering wheel and the 6 disc changer. Exterior is identical. The RS dosn't have a hood scoop because it dosn't have an intercooler and it only has a single exaust. I guess the suspension is a touch softer too, but I'm no expert and the suspension on the RS sticks me to the road and then some. I was haulin ass around corners this morning in the rain. The AWD is awesome. The WRX would smoke this car. Don't get me wrong. But the RS has everything I need and keeps a smile on my face. It was cheaper too...price AND insurance. The RS can also be turboed when the warranty expires. It has tons of aftermarket potential and can easily be upgraded to WRX status and better.
