on school nights...i try to get into bed by 11-11:30. i usually fall asleep watching Will and Grace or Married with Children. and i wake up around 7:30. so about 8 hours.

on weekends sometimes i sleep around 2-3 and wake up around 10-11.

last night i slept at 2 and woke up at 9. :eh:
