thanks for the replies guys. i clean my air filter on a regular basis. haven't checked the fuel filter though. would anyone mind telling me where this would be? also, i need to check the spark plug gaps, and most likely have them replaced. the timing should be ok since i had it smogged recently and it passed that with no problem.
