Wrong. DVDXCOPY does not require the decrypter. You just need to run the "configure DVDXCOPY" and after that, it will recognize your DVD drive.
i never said that dvdxcopy needs the decrypter. i simply said that that the dvdxcopy program in general bites ass and he should uninstall it.
i've used the how-to sections on
www.dvdrhelp.com and have yet to have a problem burning dvd's or having them not work in any DVD player. specifically
