yeah it does suck you should see the doctor because they will start spreading across your feet. I had one in the crack of my big toe and another one started growing on the tip of the same toe 
Eww now that's gross. I saw the doctor once about it and she told me to use something called duofilm, it sort of worked for awhile then after awhile I got tired of it and started picking at it.
