not all internals. I would recommend some Integra Type R pistons. They would boost your compression and have the proper valvle releafs cut. I would also recommend strengthening the bottom end with some ARP rod bolts. I wouldn't go much stronger than that. I went overboard with shot peened and polished rods, arp rod bolts ,and a crank girlde, but I don't think it was necessary in hindsight. The 200 horsepower barrier would be super easy with all of the stuff done I've mentioned. If you rebuilt your bottom end (with all the things I mentioned) and VTEC water pump, vtec oil pump, and vtec timing belt, 200 horsepower would only be a set of Integra Type R cams, ITR intake manifold and DC 4-1 away.
