I took one of the rims rim of my car to see if there was any information on the back and it says that the offset is 40.

From the readings I've done, a 1994 Civic with Eibach Prokit springs 15x6.1 rims with 40mm offset and 205/50 tires shouldn't have a rubbing problem.

I tested the shocks on my car by pushing down hard on the car on a corner and it seems to rebound quite nicely so I don't believe they are blow.n

I'm running out of ideas. Could it be an alignment issue?
