ok .. yes your camber will be off but you did not say what drop the spring was..ex..1 inch, 1.8 inch, 2 inch.. also the washer trick works in the back just need the washers and a longer bolt..... i would get the style camber kit that adjust on the upper control arm they seem to be the nicest.. what ever you do be sure to get the car aligned after you drop it..
