stock D16A6 specs are as follows:

.007-.009 inches intake

.009-.011 inches exhaust

Adjust them COLD. Allow the engine AT LEAST 6 hours to fully cool down, otherwise you'll have to go back and do it again. The torque on the adjusting nuts is 15 pounds, but you don't really need to torque em. Just get em good and snug, cuz if they're loose they'll back out (go ahead, ask me how I know ). Obviously, use common sense and don't put all your strength on em.

Valve cover nuts are torqued to 9 pounds. Oh, and just in case you don't know, coat the feeler gauge in oil before you use it.
