Make sure the block serial number has not been ground off. If it has been, it is most likely stolen. The serial number is right below the "B18A1" stamp on the transaxle side.

Don't overboost the engine. Anything more then 7psi daily (IMHO) is pushing it on stock internals. Honda motors were not designed for turbo use.
