at circuit city we get discounts
at cost, including DVD's, CD's, and Computers. I got a 30 dollar GBA game at 15.23 the other day.
DVD's can be better than half off, or barely any off at all. Sometimes, though... sale prices are better than discounts.
In any case. Circuit city will ask you for a receipt, and if they don't, they'll ask you for your info to trace the sale. That's at our store, at least.
