skunk2 cams are carb legal 
freak the dc sports, just get jdm itr header and have it ported all nice and you can use the jdm heat shield (ultra sleeper)

i figured it would be best to keep with 1 manufacturer for certain parts.
jdm itr header are $200bucks more
